Can I return items from multiple orders together?

Who pays for return shipping?

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your package, it can take up to 7 days to process. Then you’ll receive your gift card or refund. Refunds will be sent via your original payment method and may take 3–5 days to appear.

I chose the gift card option – when will I receive it?

You’ll receive your store credit by email once we’ve processed your return. It’s valid for two years – plenty of time to treat yourself to something nice!
