How can I register my return?Updated 23 days ago

We of course hope you're happy with your new Dutchies! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days via our online return form.

Return instructions:

1. Register your return or exchange via our online return form. Enter your order number and email address.

2. Select the product(s) you want to return and indicate the return reason.

3. Choose your return method and complete your return request.

4. Please note! Remove all old labels from the box!

5. Print the shipping label and attach it to the box.

   6. Send the package back. We will process your return within 7 days (often sooner 😉)!

When registering your return, you have two options: you can receive a gift card for the value of the returned item, or you can have your money refunded.
If you choose the gift card, we will cover the return shipping costs (only within the Netherlands, from Belgium or Germany). If you choose a refund, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense.

Return conditions:

• Within the 30-day return period;

• Products must be returned in their original packaging (phone case in its box, barcode tags attached to accessories).
