Not completely satisfied? No worries! You can return your item within 30 days via our online return portal.
How it works:
Register your return or exchange via our online return portal using your order number and email address.
Select the product (or products) you want to return and provide the reason for return.
Choose how you want your return processed: with a Giftcard (free shipping) or refund.
Create a shipping label and complete your return request.
Prepare your package and send it back: remove any old labels, attach the new shipping label to the package, and send it to us. We process your return within 7 days (often faster 😉).
Options for your return:
Giftcard: receive a giftcard worth the value of your return once we have received and processed your return. We cover the return shipping costs. Please note: this option is only available for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany (NL, BE, DE).
Refund: receive a refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
⚠️ Please note: a giftcard cannot be converted into cash.
Conditions for returns:
Products must be returned in their original packaging (phone case in its box, barcode cards attached to accessories).
Send your return within 7 days after registering your return request.
