Which items are non-returnable?Updated a month ago

Some products are excluded from our return policy; below is an overview:

Personalized Dutch Bandoliers: If your Dutch Bandolier has been personalized with letters or charms, returning it is unfortunately not possible.

Lip gloss, body cream and perfume: For hygienic reasons, these products cannot be returned.

Gift wrapping: Gift wrapping cannot be returned or refunded.

Screen protector: Screen protectors can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

Gift card: A gift card is unfortunately non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Advent Box: Our Advent Boxes are carefully curated and filled with surprises; therefore, they unfortunately cannot be returned.
