If your order was placed from outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States, Norway or Switzerland), you can register your return via our return portal.

Important for international returns:
To ensure that your return shipment successfully clears customs, please make sure that:

• The old shipping label has been completely removed from the package.
• The commercial invoice is clearly attached to the outside of the package.

Important for returns from the United Kingdom:
Returns with a FedEx label must be dropped off at an official FedEx location or arranged via a FedEx pickup/return appointment. Unfortunately, returns cannot be dropped off at a Collect+ location.
