If your order was placed from outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States, Norway or Switzerland), you can register your return via our return portal.

Important for international returns:
To ensure your package successfully passes customs, please make sure that:

• The old shipping label is completely removed from the box.

• The commercial invoice is attached to the outside of the package (clearly visible).
