Ordered the wrong color or the phone model or prefer a longer strap? No problem!
Simply return the incorrect item using our return form and place a new order for the correct one.

Choose a gift voucher a free return (only available for orders within the Netherlands, from Belgium or Germany). You have 30 days to register your return.

Return Instructions:

1. Register your return via our online return form using your order number and email.
   
   

2. Select the item(s) and reason for return.
   
   

3. Choose “Gift Card” as the return method for free return shipping (only for NL/BEL/GER).
   
   

4. Generate and complete the return label and form.
   
   

5. Print the shipping label and you're ready to send the package back! Or even easier: you can now also send your return without a printer. You can select this option during your return request.
   
   

6. Send back the package. Once received and processed, you’ll get your store credit via email. 

The gift voucher is valid for two years.
