Exchanges at Dutchies 💖

Ordered the wrong colour or model? Or would you prefer a longer phone strap? No problem! You can easily exchange your item via our online returns portal. You have 30 days to register your return.

How to exchange your item online

1. Register your exchange via our online returns portal using your order number and email address.
2. Select the product you’d like to exchange and provide the reason for your return.
3. Choose a Giftcard for the value of your purchase.
4. Create a shipping label and complete your return request.
5. Print the shipping label and send your package back to us.

Once we have received and processed your return, you’ll receive a Giftcard for the value of your returned item. You can use this Giftcard to order the item you’d prefer.

Good to know:

• Choose a Giftcard? For customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
• The Giftcard is valid for two years.
• A Giftcard cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
• Would you like to order a different item that is more expensive? You’ll simply pay the difference.
• If the new item is cheaper, the remaining amount will stay on your Giftcard.

You’re always welcome at our Dutchies stores in Benschop or Den Bosch. You don’t need to register your exchange online in advance. Just bring your order number and the item you’d like to exchange, and our team will be happy to help you in store! 🩷
