Can I change or cancel my order?
Chose the wrong color, size or model? Or accidentally entered the wrong address?. Send us an email as soon as possible at [email protected] or message us. We can't make any promises, but we'll do our best to help you out!
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely! During checkout, select the option “Pick up in store.”. You can collect your order from our store in Benschop (near Utrecht) once you receive an email notification that it’s ready. 🕒 Opening hours:. Monday–Friday: 9:00 – 17:00 & 18:00 –
I made a mistake in the shipping address – what now?
No worries, it happens! Let us know as soon as possible via [email protected]. If your parcel hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll gladly correct the address.🩷. If it’s already on its way, please contact the courier directly.
I placed an order but have not yet received an order confirmation
No worries! Maybe there's a typo in your email address or the confirmation ended up in your spam folder. Just send a message to [email protected], and we'll check it out for you!
Can I get an invoice for my order?
