Did you accidentally enter the wrong size, colour, model or address? After placing your order, you’ll receive an email that allows you to make changes to your order for one hour. During this hour, you can also update your address details. After this, we can unfortunately no longer make changes to your order, as we’ll start preparing it for shipment as quickly as possible!

Is your house number missing or are your address details incorrect?
No worries! If your address is still incomplete or incorrect after making changes, you’ll automatically receive an email from our shipping system asking you to complete or update your address details. If this doesn’t work or you’d prefer to provide us with the correct details directly, just email us at [email protected].

Would you like to cancel your order?
If you’d like to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to check whether we can still stop your order from being processed. As orders are processed quickly, we unfortunately can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel it in time.

Has your order already been shipped, or are we no longer able to stop it? You can then make use of your statutory right of withdrawal and return the order after receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.
