Did you accidentally enter the wrong size, colour, model or address? After placing your order, you’ll receive an email that allows you to change your order within one hour. During this hour, you can also update your address details. After that, unfortunately, we can no longer make changes to your order and our warehouse will start packing it as quickly as possible!

Would you like to cancel your order?
An order cannot be cancelled through the order editing link. If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected]. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to stop your order in time.

Missing your house number or are your address details incorrect?
No worries! If your address is still incomplete or incorrect after making changes, you’ll automatically receive an email from our shipping system asking you to complete your address details. If this doesn’t work, or you’d rather send us the correct details directly, you can always email us at [email protected].
