• You will receive a Dutchies Giftcard equal to the value of the returned products. Please note: this option is only available for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany (NL, BE, DE).

• Return shipping is free.

• Please note: A giftcard cannot be converted into a cash refund.

Refund

• If you choose a refund of the purchase amount, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

• The return costs per country are listed in the overview below.

Warranty

• Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Then choose the warranty option.

• In this case, both the return and shipping costs are fully covered by us.
