How do I place a pre-order?
With a pre-order, you order a product before it is officially in stock. This ensures you’ll receive your copy as soon as it is available. How it works

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can contact our customer service team. We’ll be happy to see what we can do!
When do I pay for my pre-order?
You pay for your pre-order straight away at checkout. This reserves your product and allows us to process your order as soon as stock arrives.
Can my pre-order be dispatched in two parts?
Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch your order in two parts. We will dispatch your order as soon as the entire order is in stock!. Would you like to receive the items that are already in stock sooner? If so, please place a separate order.
