The track & trace says my order has been delivered but I have not received itUpdated 2 months ago

We understand that it's very frustrating that your order has not yet been delivered. We work with DHL because they generally provide a reliable delivery service. Unfortunately, sometimes things can still go wrong.

Our experience shows that packages are rarely not delivered at all. Often, they are delivered to neighbors, but the neighbors haven't informed you. So please do ask around! Additionally, they are often delivered with some delay or returned to our warehouse.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days after your package should have been delivered, please let us know via email or WhatsApp.
