What do I need to bear in mind if I want to return goods from outside the EU (UK, Switzerland…)

Because your order was placed from outside the EU, your order cannot be returned via our online return form. Therefore, please send an email with your return request to [email protected]. 

To help you return your product(s) and avoid customs fees, we will manually create and send a shipment label to you.

Please keep in mind that the return shipping costs are your responsibility and can come to a quite high amount, depending on your country. We will calculate the costs for you and let you know so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to return your parcel. 

When processing your return, we will deduct these costs from your refund.
