We hope you are super happy with your Dutchies! Is there something not quite as expected and is it within the 3-month warranty period? Then submit your warranty claim via our online returns portal. 

Is your question outside our warranty period, or do you have another question? Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo. We will be happy to help you find a solution!

We do our best to respond within 48 hours on business days, and fortunately, we usually succeed!

There is no need to resend your question through other channels, such as Instagram. This helps us keep things organized and allows us to help you faster.
