Didn’t find the answer to your question in our FAQ? Or do you have a question, idea, or – hopefully not – a complaint? Send us an email at [email protected], and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days, and most of the time we manage that!

There’s no need to send your question through other channels like Instagram or WhatsApp as well – this helps us keep track and get back to you quicker.

During busy times, it might take a little longer to hear back from us, but rest assured – we’ll always make sure you receive a response as soon as we can.
