Do I have to pay customs fees for orders from outside the EU?Updated 20 days ago

For orders to countries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs or handling fees may apply.

The amount of these fees varies by country and depends, among other things, on the value of your order and the type of products ordered. These fees are determined by the local authorities and/or the shipping carrier and are not charged by Dutchies.

Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient. They may be charged separately by the shipping carrier or collected upon delivery.

Please note that these costs are not included in your order total and cannot be covered by Dutchies, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

For orders to the UK:

• Orders under £135: Any applicable duties and taxes are automatically calculated and included at checkout. You will not have to pay additional import duties upon delivery.
• Orders over £135: UK import duties, VAT and FedEx clearance fees may apply. These charges are determined by UK Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any applicable fees will be collected separately by FedEx upon delivery.

For orders to other countries outside the EU, import duties, VAT, customs fees and handling charges may apply.
