We hope that you are completely happy with your new Dutchies. If not, you have 30 days to register your return. The return costs are at your own expense.

Return instructions:

1. Register your return via our online return form by entering your order number and email address.
2. Select the product(s) you want to return and choose the return reason. In some cases, a photo is required.
3. Select your return method and finalise your return request.
4. Print the return form and shipping label, and you're ready to send it back!

Important:

• Return the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
• Always keep the proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.
• As soon as your return has been received, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 3-5 business days.
