Can I exchange an item?Updated 2 months ago
Wrong colour or model, or rather a different length telephone chain? No problem! You can easily exchange the product via our return page: Returnless.
Please note: our exchange policy is only relevant to orders placed within the EU. Orders placed from outside of the EU cannot be exchanged, but can be returned.
The return costs are at your own expense, but the replacement item will be sent to you free of charge. You have 30 days to register your exchange.
Return instructions:
- Register your exchange via our online return form by entering your order number and email address.
- Select the product(s) you would like to exchange and state as clearly as possible which product(s) you would like to receive.
- Select your return method and complete your return request.
- Print the return form and shipping label, and you are ready to send it back!
- As soon as your return has been received and processed, the new item will be sent to you. You will automatically receive a confirmation of this with a track&trace code.
Important:
- Please return the product with all included accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging.
- Always keep the shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.
