Even during the busy Black Friday period, you haveĀ 1 hour after placing your order to make changes yourself. You can easily:
Choose a different colour or phone model.
Update your delivery address.
Add extra products to your order.

You'll find a link in your order confirmation email that allows you to edit your order. Simply click the link to make any changes within 1 hour of placing your order.
Please note: After this hour, your order will be processed further by our warehouse, and unfortunately, no further changes can be made.
Want to cancel your order? Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible, even within the first hour after placing your order.
Ordered the wrong item? No worries! Once you've received your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days according to our return policy.
