Not happy with your purchase? No problem!

Exchanges
If you've ordered the wrong colour, model, or simply changed your mind, you can easily exchange your item through our Returnless page. You have 30 days to register your exchange, and while the return costs are at your own expense, the replacement item will be sent to you free of charge. 

Please note: our exchange policy is only relevant to orders placed within the EU. Orders placed from outside of the EU cannot be exchanged, but can be returned.

Returns
We hope you love your new Dutchies! However, if you're not completely satisfied, you can still return the item within 30 days. The return costs are at your own expense.

Return instructions:


    1. Register your return or exchange via our online return form by entering your order number and email address.

    2. Select the product(s) you want to return or exchange and clearly specify which product you would like to receive in exchange (for exchanges).

    3. Choose your return method and complete your return request.

    4. Print the return form and shipping label, and you're ready to send it back!

    5. Send it back and wait for your replacement item (for exchanges): Once your return has been received and processed, the new item will be sent to you. You will automatically receive a confirmation with a track & trace code.

Important:

  • Return the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
  • Always keep the proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.
  • Send your return no later than 7 days after registering your return. 
  • As soon as your return has been received, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 3-5 business day.
  • Please note: You will receive the refund via the payment method you have used to place the order.

Personalised product
If you have personalised a Dutch Bandolier with your choice of letter(s) or charms, you are not able to return it unless it was received in a damaged condition. If you have ordered a Dutch Bandolier without letters, it can be returned via our online return form.

Damage and problems
As soon as you receive your Dutchies, please inspect your order immediately. If any product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue. Send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo illustrating the issue. Our email address: [email protected].
